You will respond to inbound leads, build accurate quotes, follow up with customers, and schedule the jobs you sell.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Products you'll sell include:</strong></p><ul><li>Retractable screens</li><li>Rolling shutters</li><li>Gas strut windows</li><li>Bifolding doors</li><li>Sliding doors</li><li>Outdoor fans</li></ul><h3>What You'll Be Responsible For</h3><ul><li><strong>Inbound Lead Management:</strong> Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and web inquiries.</li><li><strong>Consultative Sales:</strong> Work with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the right retractable screens, rolling shutters, windows, doors, or outdoor fans.</li><li><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Learn and maintain a strong understanding of the products offered, including their features, applications, and differences, to help customers make informed decisions.</li><li><strong>Quoting &amp; Sales Conversion:</strong> Build accurate quotes, follow up with potential customers, and work to convert sales opportunities into booked jobs.</li><li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Reach out to builders, contractors, and other trade partners to establish and maintain business relationships.</li><li><strong>Customer Follow-Up:</strong> Contact previous customers and existing leads to discuss additional products and sales opportunities.</li><li><strong>Job Scheduling:</strong> Coordinate and schedule the jobs you sell to help ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation.</li><li><strong>CRM Management:</strong> Keep customer information, leads, quotes, and follow-up notes accurate and up to date in the CRM.</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, windows and doors, or building products.</li><li>Strong phone communication skills and a consultative approach to selling.</li><li>Ability to learn product details and clearly explain the differences between available options.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage leads, quotes, and customer follow-ups consistently.</li><li>Comfortable using CRM software to track sales opportunities and customer information.</li><li>Willingness to meet with builders, contractors, and business partners in person when needed.</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals.</li><li>Professional communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships.</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><p>A successful Outdoor Lifestyle Sales Specialist responds to inbound leads promptly, understands customer needs, recommends appropriate products, and turns sales opportunities into booked jobs.</p><p>We expect this individual to take ownership of sales opportunities, prepare accurate quotes, maintain consistent follow-up, and build relationships with homeowners, builders, and trade partners.</p><p>The standard is strong product knowledge, sales performance, organization, accountability, and professional communication.</p><p><br></p><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p>Compensation and benefits will be communicated based on the confirmed terms of the position.</p><p><br></p><h3>Employment Requirements</h3><ul><li>Ability to perform the essential responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Willingness to meet with builders, contractors, and trade partners in person when required for the position.</li><li>Any applicable pre-employment screening will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.</li></ul>
