<h1><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18pt;"><img src="https://myaccount.discovered.ai/storage/job/images/9a3a98c6c0078052247eed8abdf7a1ae3c15a6e47597b5edf6004d163f100e97.png" height="79" width="224"></strong></h1><h1>Residential Inside Sales Representative</h1><h1><br></h1><p><strong>Company:</strong> Aaron Overhead Garage Doors</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Buford, GA</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Residential</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>Aaron Overhead Garage Doors is looking for an experienced <strong>Residential Inside Sales Representative</strong> who can respond to inbound residential leads, guide homeowners to the right garage door repair or replacement solutions, and turn customer inquiries into booked jobs.</p><p>We are looking for someone with <strong>garage door industry experience and strong product knowledge</strong> who is comfortable discussing residential doors, springs, openers, and common repairs with homeowners.</p><p>As the first point of contact for many residential sales opportunities, this position plays an important role in providing accurate information, preparing quotes, coordinating with the field team, and ensuring each job is ready to move forward.</p><p>The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working toward sales goals, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>What You'll Be Responsible For</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Inbound Residential Sales:</strong> Respond to inbound residential leads, understand homeowner needs, and help turn inquiries into booked jobs.</li><li><strong>Pricing Questions &amp; Sales Conversion:</strong> Take transferred calls from Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) regarding pricing questions and work to convert those opportunities into sales.</li><li><strong>Garage Door Products &amp; Services:</strong> Sell residential garage doors, openers, and repair services while helping homeowners identify the right solutions.</li><li><strong>Quoting &amp; Job Booking:</strong> Build accurate quotes and help schedule the jobs you sell.</li><li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Contact potential partners to build and maintain business relationships.</li><li><strong>Field Team Support:</strong> Support the field team when assistance is needed and communicate relevant job information to help ensure work is properly prepared.</li><li><strong>Customer Follow-Up:</strong> Contact previous clients regarding maintenance and service that may be due.</li><li><strong>Sales Organization &amp; Follow-Up:</strong> Maintain organized sales information, track opportunities, and follow up consistently with potential and existing customers.</li></ul><h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li>Previous garage door industry experience is required.</li><li>Working knowledge of residential garage doors, springs, openers, and common repairs.</li><li>Sales or customer service experience, ideally over the phone.</li><li>Comfortable using CRM and field management software.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.</li><li>Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills when working with homeowners.</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and customer inquiries efficiently.</li><li>Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the field team.</li></ul><h3><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></h3><p>A successful Residential Inside Sales Representative responds to residential leads promptly, understands homeowner needs, provides accurate quotes, and helps convert sales opportunities into booked jobs.</p><p>We expect this individual to take ownership of customer communication, maintain consistent follow-up, support the field team, and help homeowners make informed decisions about garage door products and services.</p><p>The standard is strong product knowledge, sales performance, organization, accountability, and professional communication.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></h3><ul><li>Annual compensation: $55,000-$65,000, based on experience.</li></ul><h3><strong>Employment Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Garage door industry experience and working knowledge of residential garage door products and common repairs.</li><li>Ability to perform the essential responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li></ul>
